Level 5 -
Make your wishes What do you want to add or take away from your life?

What do you want? Probably the simplest and most complex question to answer (if you think of it as something serious that could really be transcendent, of course).

It is essential to visualize your desires for what they really are: A longing born of an absence. In this way, analyzing what you want will lead you from the beginning to understand why you want it? And with this discover the absence that gives rise to longing. Once this is done, you will be perfectly able to identify what operations you need to carry out to do it.

a) Make adjustments to your path or plot a new route?

There comes a time when you sit with yourself and ask the question of what you long for as part of your search for a fuller life. But up to that point you have been walking the path of your life based on what social capture dictates. This can result in situations as distant as if you were an accountant, but your true desire for as long as you can remember was to be an actor. In a situation like this, it is most likely that thinking as the social system teaches, you would give up the dream of acting because your life was already built following a very different path. You have already invested time in your studies and perhaps you have even accumulated seniority in a job; you may even be very good at being an accountant.

So, when you even think about your dream as an actor, you automatically rule it out because the system says it's not "possible" because accountants must do accounting and acting careers must be cultivated from youth and a very long etcetera of "reasons ” that the ego accepts as true, because it is instructed thanks to social capture, not to go against what (by society itself) is established as “correct”.

In those moments, remember that the acceptance of the conditions of your life, the "comfort" of not challenging or contradicting what the system says is not happiness. And by logical deduction, when there is an absence of happiness, there is an absence of balance and lack of instinctive norms.

This is precisely where the importance of desires in your life lies, of those things you long for. These desires are also a manifestation of the unconscious, and for this reason, understanding and interpreting them is essential to understand how to find the way back to balance and thus to a full life.

Of course, there is also the possibility that you think that you do not have something that is worthy of being called "a dream" in the full extension of the word. Perhaps you feel that you only need a couple of things to consider your life full and perfectly enjoyable; And even if this were the case, that "couple of things" that you lack, is still the indicator of an absence that exists in your life because of an imbalance.

Whatever the case, whether your desire is to build a life that might seem completely different from the current one, or whether you like your life in general and only want to make a couple of changes, the starting point to achieve it will always be start from the understanding of the following aspects:

What do you want? Try to answer by taking the question to its full extent. That is, try to visualize all the aspects in your life and define how you feel with each one, in order to be able to rule out what really is that desire that would lead your life to a transcendent change in terms of your happiness. Now, simplify what you want as much as possible, to a phrase or a couple of words, if possible.

What do you want it for? Once you have identified what you want, it is necessary to become aware of the purpose to be fulfilled by making that wish come true; And, above all, what will be the repercussions and consequences on yourself and on the systems you make up. This is essential to understand why, so far, you have not succeeded.

Why don't you have it? Although this might seem like an absurd question at first glance, where you could shrug your shoulders, roll your eyes and simply say "I don't know, if I knew I would already have it"; this would be a consequence of the ego responding. If you reconsider the question, taking into account that the instincts present in your zero consciousness operate in logical/mathematical parameters, and that every event is the consequence of a cause, you will be able to understand the origin of the absence that you want to eliminate in order to be happy.

Once you have found the answer to these questions, it will be easy for you to determine what changes, what decisions or actions are necessary so that your desire can manifest as a reality in your life. Of course, always taking into account the consequences of this on your balance and that of your systems.

In order to do this, consider the following questions:

What will change when my desire manifests? Will those changes bring me a personal benefit and help my balance? Will those changes be beneficial to the systems I shape as an individual? Do these changes allow me to contribute more and better to these systems? Do these changes harm anyone?

It doesn't matter what goal you want to achieve, it doesn't matter if your desires require small changes or a radical turn of life. As long as those desires and goals comply with a balance with your unconscious purpose, as long as they allow you to reach a fuller state of existence in balance, and with this contribute in a more efficient and stable way to your systems; and as long as you don't harm anyone else, whatever you wish for will become your reality.

b) What to do to change your life and not be affected (or affected) in the attempt.

Regardless of what or how large the changes you want for your life, it is essential that you maintain responsibility for existential principles and the laws of balance. Since, although it is true that there are infinite ways or means to achieve the same objective, it is also true that breaking the laws of balance triggers a reaction from the unconscious to counteract that lack, and this reaction will always manifest itself. in the form of adverse situations, in infinite forms and levels, which will accumulate exponentially as long as the imbalance is not corrected.

It should be clarified that speaking of "adverse situations" (or problems) covers any situation, from the simplest to the most serious, from problematic relationships to chronic illnesses, from deficiencies to accidents, from disenchantment with life to anxiety and depression. Each and every one of the examples of "problems" (those that prevent you from being happy) that could appear in your mind, are the consequence of an unconscious action that seeks to restore your balance as an individual.

It is for this reason that it is essential that you take into account that the decisions and actions you take to create the life you want to live, will have to respect the balance with your purpose as a conscious individual, and promote the well-being or improvement of your life, as well as the improvement of the systems that you conform.

This, translated into practical examples of the life we lead as individuals belonging to the social system, would be principles as simple as:

Do not harm, Do not take away, Do not cheat, Do not betray, Do not judge, Do not force, Do not punish, ever, any individual in order to obtain a benefit for your ego.

Of course, as simple as it is, it might seem "difficult" to fit this type of reprogramming of your life with what the social system requires. A random example would be having to tell your boss that you missed work because you have a hangover, instead of choosing to give him an altered version, saying that you think you have bronchitis. This directly violates the "don't cheat" principle, since the reason you don't tell the truth (you cheat) is because your ego doesn't want to carry the label of being "brutally honest", "cynical", "irresponsible" and the possible accumulated ones, since this is not very well received in the social system.

However, even if your ego can be freed from discomfort with the social system, when this is achieved by breaking any of the principles, the inevitable consequence will be an adverse situation.

Thanks to this same effect of cause and consequence, the creation of the reality you want to live will be propitiated by actions that you could consider the complement of the previous principles: Do not harm, heal; Do not take away, create; Don't cheat, clarify; Do not betray, be loyal; Do not judge, understand; Do not force, exemplify; Don't punish, balance. In this way, you will act in accordance with existential principles and the laws of balance, recovering your creative capacity to achieve everything that will lead you to a fuller life.

What remains then is to visualize that full life. Visualize the changes, the desires, visualize how to describe to yourself the life you want to live.
