Level 1 - How did you get to this point?

Denial is one of the most common reactions when someone tells you: "What you are going through, the reality you are living right now, you have created." And it is even more common if reality seems unfavorable or unpleasant to you. However, the first thing you need is to get rid of that denial, because only in this way will you be able to make yourself aware that this is not only true, but that it is the only logical explanation that will answer all the questions of life. that sometimes seem not to have it.

To answer that it is essential to understand that before anything else you are a human being. Which implies that you are an individual of a species of the animal kingdom, endowed with a consciousness that animates a biological body, inhabiting a specific place on a planet that orbits a star at a precise distance to support life.

But what does that have to do with your problems?

It has EVERYTHING to do. From the previous description where your existence is summarized, absolutely all the elements that are included share one factor: They are all regulated by specific and precise laws that have a common goal: Maintain balance. This is the purpose fulfilled by all species (not only those of the animal kingdom) in nature: They interact between individuals of their species obeying "instinctive" rules, and the species itself interacts in turn with other species, which govern its behavior. life under the same kind of rules, which serves the purpose of keeping life on the planet in balance. The same planet that obeys in its movements to precise laws that we call "laws of physics", to maintain a balance in the solar system, of which it is a part.

We could go on infinitely, however, the important point is to note that absolutely everything in existence is defined by a set of principles applicable to any case you wish to imagine:

  • Principle of duality: Nothing is really a unit. Each apparent unit (individual) is made up of systems and forms, together with others, in turn, part of a larger system.

  • Equilibrium principle: All the individuals that make up these systems obey a set of specific mathematical laws designed to maintain the balance between systems.

  • Abduction Principle: When there is a case that some individual does not comply with these laws of balance, it endangers the stability of other individuals and finally, of the entire system; so it has the ability to act as a unit, which determines what happens to the individual in imbalance.

  • Principle of mutual incidence: When there is an interaction between two systems, the incidence is mutual. That is, both are modified.

  • Replication principle: Everything in existence is forced to seek to replicate itself, in order to become aware of its own functioning.

  • Principle of Complementary Opposites: All manifestations of existence are presented in opposite pairs that complement each other.

It is like this for each and every one of the elements that we can take to exemplify this: A cell, an insect, the forest, the fungi, the volcanoes, the planets. EVERYTHING that makes up existence itself responds to the same characteristics.

After becoming aware of the reality of this, it is inevitable to understand that your existence as a human being is defined and obeys these rules that unify everything that exists.

Proving the first principle true, at a physical level, is simple: We know that our body is made up of systems (respiratory, circulatory, digestive, nervous, etc.) and that each of these is made up of organs, which at they are in turn made up of cells, each of which is also made up of systems, and so on.

Proving the second principle is also simple on a physical level: We know that cells, organs, and systems obey specific cycles that are defined by behavioral rules: how often a cell reproduces, how many times the heart must beat, how many times per minute we should breathe, etc., and all this with the purpose of maintaining a balance in the optimal functioning of our body. These facts have been extensively studied by various scientific specialties, so it is not difficult for you to be familiar with these concepts. However, the part of our consciousness has not been so studied, that immaterial essence that animates the physical body and without which, we simply would not exist as living beings.

This general lack of information regarding how our consciousness works is, without a doubt, a key point to understand why, in general, almost nobody lives the life they would like, since ultimately it is this consciousness that, through its interaction with everything what surrounds you, defines the course of your life and the way in which day by day you experience the reality of which you are a part.

And in case you are considering that it is impossible for your life to have an impact on the creation of reality, remember that life manifests itself in the same way in all systems, although on different scales, and as an excellent example you can take the proven fact that a single malfunctioning cell is enough to start cancer, and with this, radically change the reality you live.

Starting from this point, it should not be difficult for you to understand that your impact on the creation of the reality you live in is not only a fact, but also a consequence of the application of a specific formula. However, as long as you don't know how this formula works, you may think that reality is there, already "made", without you being able to do anything about it.

a) How is it possible that you created it?

b) So, can you modify reality?

Without further ado, the answer is yes; However, this fact is one of many that could seem more like fantasy or science fiction than a tangible truth, and it is precisely for this reason that at this time humanity boasts of its advances in “formal” scientific knowledge. , it is preferable to leave aside topics that, because they are defined as “pseudo-scientific”, do not seem to offer options worthy of study.

Fortunately, all these formal sciences have been investigating perhaps "inadvertently" fractions that together show us this truth: You are fully capable of creating the reality you live.

To easily understand the "how", it is essential to keep in mind the principles by which existence is governed, and make yourself aware that you, both as an individual and as part of a larger system, obey (whether you know it or not, you want it). or not) to those same rules that are intended to maintain a balance.

The reason for this is simple: Each individual, through their consciousness, is projecting a fragment of reality, which together with the projections of all other individuals "create" the general reality of the system to which they belong, this "reality being general” which constitutes the scenario of life that each individual experiences. This is easily proven and supported if you look carefully at how everything in the universe interacts, on any scale, which is the fourth existential principle: When there is an interaction between two systems, the incidence is mutual. That is, both are modified. An example? You could think of the planet we inhabit as a system unto itself. A complex system, which is also already "done", that we only inhabit it and we would have no way of influencing or modifying it because things like water cycles, ecosystems, the seasons of the year, depend on things "much bigger that we”, that as the “human species” system, interact with the “Planet Earth” system. Despite this, it goes without saying that, in effect, the “human species” system has modified the “planet earth” system, and not exactly in a favorable way. This obeys a universal law of mutual incidence. That is, if there is an incidence of one system in another, this is reciprocal.

Based on this simple example, you can easily deduce that, although you are already aware that “reality” influences you, it is enough to use this universal logic of mutual incidence to make you aware that you also influence reality.

The process that proves this fact is taking place right now inside you: The human brain is made up of approximately one billion neurons. Each one of them an individual/cell, forming part of a system that, thanks to the energy in the form of electrical impulses that these neurons transmit, generates your ability to be aware, to have thoughts, to feel and to live.

Thus, in the same way that it might seem that the function of a neuron is "only" to transmit energy, you could think that you "only" exist in this reality and do not determine anything that happens in it. However, in the same way that an individual/neuron that by itself is "tiny", is capable of starting a chain reaction with a "simple" electrical impulse so that you are able to think, so too are you an individual/human. transmitting energy capable of creating a chain reaction and creating events that you may not be able to imagine.

And for you to be able not only to imagine it, but to become aware of it as the reality that it is, it is essential that you understand all your qualities and capacities.
