Level 4 - Finding your ideal version

Of course, much has been heard about this term, or "the best version of you". But what exactly does this refer to?

If you think about it a bit, the best version of you is the one that lives in harmony, satisfied with their life, contributing to their system, in short, in balance and, therefore, happy.

However, reaching that balance, reaching the ideal version of you and your life, requires that you be able to recognize yourself beneath everything that you have already been taught about yourself, since this balance depends first of all on be able to achieve a synchronization between your ego and your unconscious. That is, a balance between the objectives of the two systems that make up your consciousness (zero consciousness and primary consciousness); And for this it is necessary that you know how to identify in your life in a conscious way, the protocol that follows or the way in which the zero or unconscious consciousness operates, and how it manifests itself in your daily life.

a) Reading the instructions, moderating the sides

Perhaps at first you may think that trying to adapt to living as a balanced consciousness may require as much willpower as following a diet to the letter. However, it is quite the opposite; In fact, it is the most natural and free way to live once you become aware of it. And when we talk about reading the instructions, we do not mean consulting entire volumes of information written by someone else. We mean paying attention to your instincts.

This is where it is necessary to analyze the instincts that we have already mentioned, their behavior and where they guide us, so that you are able to realize that this is beyond fantasy or speculation, a measurable action protocol (similar to the execution of a automatic program on a computer).

The survival instinct is the most basic of all, and its purpose is as simple as it is complex: To keep you alive, even more so, despite difficult situations or adversity. So, through this instinct, the unconscious takes care of everything from your most basic physical processes, to getting up despite the pain of a fall (whether physical or sentimental).

The tangible evidence of this instinct in your life: Do you breathe even when you sleep and your primary consciousness (ego) is "off"? That is your unconscious acting to keep you alive, from then on, everything is proof of the same point.

The evidence of the presence of this instinct actively manifesting itself in the primary consciousness or ego, are personality qualities such as: Tenacity, resilience, willpower, courage or bravery.

Have you ever tried again despite failing? That is also your survival instinct preventing you from simply giving up.

Now, the important question is perhaps also the oldest of all: what for? For what purpose is zero consciousness designed to keep you alive? And well the answer is as deep as it is superficial: For you to fulfill your purpose as an individual. And in order to understand this, you need to forget for a moment your concept of individual/human only, to remember that all the “individuals” or units in everything that exists, are part of something greater, of a larger system; and that they all obey, without exception, the same principle: to be a functional part and in balance with the system to which they belong, contributing with their lives to improve it. Which would make the system itself an individual in balance that brings an improvement to the larger system of which it is a part.

To simplify this, let's go back to the cells: If a single cell in your liver falls out of balance corrupting this principle and "decides" to act and reproduce in a different way than it "should", it is enough for there to be more of them and you will develop a tumor. , which would cause your liver as an organ/unit to fail its purpose, which would cause the digestive system to fail in a domino effect, and with the collapse of this system, the higher system to which it belongs (which would be you) would also collapse.

Well, you as an individual are not different from a cell or any other unit and this is one of the primary laws on which your unconscious operates.

However, on the other side of this equation is your primary consciousness or ego, and what the world has taught you to "understand" your survival instinct. So while the original purpose of this instinct is to go further despite adversities, the ego interprets it as a natural competitiveness, since the social system shows you to other individuals as these "adversities", resulting in, that the ego itself fights vehemently to stand out from the rest of the individuals, constantly comparing itself with them on different parameters.

Knowledge Acquisition Instinct . The purpose of this is as clear as its name implies. The unconscious manifests itself through this instinct to guide you to experience the world you live in, to consciously gain knowledge about yourself, everything you are a part of, and the connections that bind you to the rest. of existence.

The tangible evidence of this instinct in your life: Have you ever been warned “don't do this because that will happen to you” and then you go and do just “this” and just “that” happens to you? The knowledge acquisition instinct requires that this acquired knowledge be conscious, and this knowledge is acquired (in the vast majority of cases) when the ego experiences certain situations, which lead it to a reflection and a conclusion. This conclusion would be the acquisition of conscious knowledge, which is the purpose of this instinct.

The evidence of the active presence of the instinct of experimentation (or acquisition of knowledge) in the primary consciousness or ego, are qualities such as: Curiosity, questioning, creativity, observation, daring, intelligence. Do you remember the typical curiosity of children, who seem to want to know everything, try everything? That is the instinct to acquire knowledge before being minimized because of social capture.

And regarding the Why does your unconscious have a tool that aims to guide you in the acquisition of knowledge? The answer is also more than obvious and it is also found all around you. Again stop thinking of yourself as an individual only. Acquiring knowledge and with this, a better understanding and adaptation to the world, is the behavior of absolutely all living species. Each species as an individual (lions, dolphins, elephants, whatever the example) evolves thanks to the adaptation by acquisition of knowledge of each of the individuals that make up that species. This is because, for a single individual it would be impossible to acquire all the knowledge about existence by himself, this evolution or general improvement of the species is achieved thanks to the contribution of each individual based on the understanding resulting from his individual experimentation, to through genetic transmission or the transmission of this knowledge by other means.

In this way, you as an individual who belongs to the system/humanity contribute to this system through your own experience the knowledge you acquire, so that at whatever scale, your contribution will be part of that constant evolution of the system to which you belong. . The reason is simple: Conscious knowledge considerably improves the life experience of both the individual who acquires it and the system that forms it.

So, on one side of the scale in your consciousness is the unconscious that manifests through this instinct, wanting to know more about anything, and on the other side is of course the primary consciousness or ego, which was "trained" to do so. understand that "it is necessary" to acquire previously selected knowledge that is taught in a generalized and compulsory way in a school system, and that memorizing it is enough to consider this requirement of the social system satisfied.

In this method in which children from a young age are inserted into a system that teaches them what is "necessary" to know and gives incentive and motivation to those who best adapt to this system and memorize this knowledge, the experimentation instinct is is minimized or censored by the educational system, disapproving the cases in which the child goes further or in a different direction than the objective that the system imposes as the "correct" one.

Adaptation Instinct : As you can imagine, this instinct gives you the ability to adapt. It is an instinct that is present both physically and on a conscious level, with the purpose of being able to live in the fullest way possible.

The tangible evidence of this instinct in your life: A practical example. The human being finds his ideal environment to live in specific conditions: at a temperature of between 21 and 25°C, at an altitude of between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level, he requires a balanced diet at least three times a day. , which includes proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, fats and fiber, sleep at least 8 hours a day, drink two liters of water a day, avoid excesses and exercise daily; And this speaking only of the physical aspect. So, if you don't absolutely meet all of these requirements, and still be a functional individual, that's adaptation!

The tests of the active presence of the adaptive instinct in the ego or primary consciousness are qualities such as: Temperance, patience, serenity, acceptance. Have you ever had to "get used" to a certain schedule that a new activity requires of you? Have you ever had your plans changed last minute and still had a good time? That is precisely the ability that the adaptive instinct gives you, that of “changing” something that depends entirely on you, so that your interaction with the rest of the individuals and with the systems to which you belong is as balanced and stable as possible. .

And well, why are there instructions in your unconscious that motivate you to adapt? Adaptation is a crucial part of the elements that build a life in balance and therefore happy. Just as the purpose of the survival instinct is to keep you alive, the adaptation instinct complements it by keeping you alive “in the most efficient way”, and this applies to both physical and conscious aspects.

Unfortunately, the social system, by capturing it, manages to misrepresent the purpose of this instinct as well, since the ego is educated to understand that the world must adapt to it. In this way, the ego is built on the belief that being more adapted means nothing more and nothing less than being more comfortable, leading it to install itself in a circle of comfort that provides the best results with the least possible effort.

Instinct of belonging: Probably one of the most perceptible instincts in the human being and yet a total mystery for most thanks to the controversy created by different ways of interpreting it. The purpose of the instinct of belonging is to make you aware that you belong and are part of something greater. An existence, a higher consciousness that regulates your own existence and to which you will inevitably return when your body “dies”, to whom you deliver the results of your life.

The tangible evidence of this instinct in your life: Do you believe in God? Regardless of whether or not you profess a religion or what it is, believing in the existence of a being, entity, or higher consciousness that participates in creation itself and regulates the life of all creatures through rules or regulations that seek to make you a " better person” is the irrefutable proof of the existence of this instinct.

Evidence of the presence of the instinct of belonging in the ego (or primary consciousness) are qualities such as: Optimism, hope, empathy, generosity, gratitude. Have you ever felt grateful from the bottom of your being for the good in your life? Have you ever felt the peace of being sure that everything will be fine even without having reasons for it? This, as well as many other examples, are proof of the presence of this instinct, through which the unconscious guides you to become aware of your belonging.

As for the Why does your zero consciousness provide you with this instinct of belonging? To tell the truth, it is very logical: To make you aware that your life, yes, is yours, but it also has an impact on existence itself and on the people you live with, on the lives of those you love. This instinct is the antidote to the selfishness that grows thanks to the social system; It leads you to discover the importance of your contribution in existence and then you are capable of sincerely wishing for and promoting the general well-being of the individuals with whom you interact and the systems of which you are a part.

However, as it is easy to deduce, social capture hijacks this instinct of belonging by giving it a sufficiently satisfactory placebo such as religion, which in any of its variants is in charge of indoctrinating under the same scheme: You belong to something/someone superior, you exist under certain divine norms, if you fulfill them, you will get joy, if you don't, suffering. As simple as that, but translated into totalitarian and subjective rules, which on many occasions end up creating discrepancies between those who profess different religions, exactly the opposite of the purpose of the instinct of belonging, which is to understand that we are all part of something bigger.

Instinct of transcendence: This one appears in your life as the silent force that tries to make your actions have influence and positive impact beyond your own life. That is, that it has repercussions and meaning in the lives of other individuals and in the system. For which you will be rewarded with genuine appreciation and admiration from other individuals.

The tangible evidence of the presence of this instinct in your life (and in the lives of others, if you are observant): That fervent childhood desire to be someone "important" in life: A renowned scientist who discovers the cure for a certain disease, an athlete who is known for breaking world records, an impeccable policeman who takes care of others, and probably hundreds of other options that imply the same. The examples of "childhood dreams" are the instinct of belonging still intact and always comply with the same structure: Contribute with one's own life in something that benefits the rest and be recognized for it.

The evidence of the presence of the instinct of transcendence in the primary consciousness or ego, are qualities such as: Perseverance, enthusiasm, solidarity, discipline, determination. Have you ever felt the need to support, contribute, comfort someone else? That is precisely the instinct of transcendence acting, as well as that feeling of well-being that you can perceive after some action that contributes to someone and transcends their life.

And in this case: Why does your unconscious have an instructive that guides you to achieve transcendence? To promote two results: The first is individual in your life, it simply gives a place and a purpose to your existence. The second is the sum of the transcendence of each individual, which in turn promotes an improvement in the species as an individual, and with it, in existence itself.

Unfortunately, this instinct also gets hit by social capture, which replaces the need for transcendence with the search for social acceptance and approval, that is, fame; That, although it may seem that it brings to your life an effect similar to that sought by unconscious instinct, the purpose and the means to achieve it could not be more different. While the real instinct is to make a beneficial impact on others in order to gain recognition for this contribution, the ego is "used" to seek the attention of others, regardless of whether it is achieved in a beneficial or detrimental way.

Instinct of balance: Perhaps the easiest way to explain this instinct is to compare it with "the voice of your conscience", and its purpose is clear: That your life fulfills a balance between what it receives and contributes to existence itself. That you do not take more than you have given and that you do not cause harm or harm to others in the name of your own individual benefit.

The tangible evidence of the presence of the instinct of balance in your life: That general discomfort that you feel “for no reason” when you take actions that, although to your ego may seem justified, you do not feel deep down as “correct”. The uncomfortable feeling when you witness an injustice or the impulse to do what you think is right even when no one is looking.

Evidence of the active presence of the balance instinct in the ego are qualities such as: sense of justice, empathy, generosity, altruism. But beyond this, when this instinct is consciously present, it gives rise to sincere individuals, which we already know can have its pros and cons within the social system.

Why is it necessary for your unconscious to have an instinct for balance? Well, simply so that your life complies with the sixth existential principle (principle of complementary opposites) and with the basic mathematical law of existence:

Just as the energy that manifests in matter is governed by entropy, the energy that manifests in consciousness is governed by balance.

Put simply, matter (energy in material form) obeys laws that tend to chaos, it is a universal principle. In the same way, and equally universal is its complementary opposite, consciousness (energy that gives life) obeys laws that tend to equilibrium, to balance. So, the fact that you are the possessor of a conscience compels you to live in strict adherence to these laws, whether voluntarily or not. It is for this reason that your unconscious or zero consciousness will always have priority over your ego or primary consciousness, this guarantees the universe itself that your existence as an individual is in balance.

But, as is to be expected, the social system is also concerned with capturing the instinct of balance, imposing from a very young age totalitarian concepts about what is "good" or "bad" through rules of different kinds (legal, religious, social, etc.) thus limiting the freedom of self-discovery that balance is the only universal rule; since "good" and "bad" will always be subjective and therefore partial concepts.

So, in your life as well as in the life of any other individual, there are always two forces that are constantly pulling in sometimes similar directions, and sometimes completely opposite ones. On the one hand, your zero consciousness with all its action protocol that manifests itself through these instincts to guide you to live in the best possible way, as a conscious individual; and on the other hand your ego or primary consciousness, trying to guide you so that you live in the most similar way possible to other individuals, that you think, learn, work, exist in a way that is accepted as "the right one" because it is the way in which that most are used to.

Thus, with these contradictions disputing the course of our lives, it is completely understandable why it is so common for so many individuals to pursue the concept of happiness defined by the social system, while in this pursuit they ignore and sometimes go against their instincts. So, while the unconscious has action priority, it will not allow you to achieve your goals acquired by the ego if they go against the laws of balance that your instincts indicate. Which, incidentally, creates conflicts in yourself, which are characterized by rejection at the mere idea of being alone.

b) When you can be alone with yourself, and stop running away

Consider the following questions: What percentage of your life do you consider to have been completely alone? And do you enjoy solitude?

The relevance of your answers lies in the following: When you are alone (literally speaking), your unconscious tries to establish communication with you, in the form of "random thoughts", ideas, memories, images, etc. Surely you can remember times when this has happened to you. And in case you are wondering, why your unconscious is trying to contact you is very simple: Its mission, as we already mentioned, is to guide you so that you live under universal laws and thus reach your ideal state of life, by balance, and with this to happiness.

For this to happen, it is necessary that you become aware of these laws, that is, that it be your ego or primary consciousness who, through experiences, reaches the understanding of these; And for this process to be possible, communication between both areas of your consciousness is essential, because when it is a successful communication, it becomes constant and causes a gradual alignment between your personal goals (which you choose consciously) and your purpose (in the future). which your instincts guide you); So when this alignment is achieved, you will find no impediments to fulfilling what you desire.

So how much you enjoy or tolerate solitude is a direct indicator of the level of synchrony between your ego and your unconscious. That is, if there is a predominant synchrony, it is more likely that you enjoy being alone, regardless of the conditions or activities.

On the other hand, if there is an asynchrony between them, it will be "annoying" to be alone, since your ego may not want to "listen" to your unconscious. So you will always find "good reasons" to avoid loneliness and thus avoid settling scores; Because finally it is that and nothing else the result of time alone, a settling of accounts where you cannot pretend, falsify or disguise absolutely anything, where your actions are measured not after death, but day by day, under parameters and universal principles of existence, to determine if as a conscious being you live your life in balance; since only in this way will you be a consciousness  functional individual. And this is what is required to deactivate the automatic protocol of the unconscious and be able to create the reality you want, using the same cause/effect "power" that the unconscious uses to create situations through which you become aware of your purpose with the balance and your faults in it.

And because, thanks to social capture, the most common is that there are faults in this balance in the vast majority of (not dare to say all) individuals, loneliness commonly bombards us with situations that we "want to forget" since, being lack of balance by the ego, it will always try to find a justification for these, based of course on what is "taught" by the system and its social capture.

Thus, as long as the ego avoids loneliness and with this the pending reckoning, there cannot be a real synchrony of consciousness, which means that an individual is not functional according to the universal laws of balance.

The consequence? If you are not functional, you cannot add functionality to anything: a family, a couple, a work group, a group of friends, your tasks, your profession, etc. And this in general, derives from the fact that as a unit of the systems to which you belong, you contribute to an imbalance of these, which will consequently bring you "problems" and adverse situations created by your unconscious, so that through the experience of these situations make you aware of how you are missing the balance and take the necessary actions to correct it.

The first step would undoubtedly be that you consciously promote this communication with your zero consciousness, paying attention to what it tries to show you. And of course we do not mean that you take a vow of isolation (fortunately, reflection in solitude is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of possibilities); There are countless ways to voluntarily promote communication with the unconscious. And they can be as diverse as: meditation, deep prayer, breathing practices, hypnosis and technically any technique or substance that causes a change in the pattern of brain waves, promoting a special state of consciousness that coexists in the middle of both. systems of consciousness: The subconscious.

It is in this subconscious state that you find the fastest and most effective way to become aware of what your instincts show you about the importance of promoting balance in your life and being a functional individual by creating functional systems.

c) What are you a part of and whether or not you are a functional part of it

As we commented at the beginning, the existential principle of duality implies that no individual is just a unit, each individual is made up of systems and, in turn, makes up larger and more complex systems.

That said, it is necessary to make yourself aware of which systems you belong to as an individual and what you are contributing with your membership in these systems. Balance? Chaos? Benefit? Damage? In short, does your membership in these systems make them more functional or better? Or is it the opposite?

In order to answer these questions, it is essential to first take into account how these systems are formed. For these purposes, it is easy to visualize it if you take as an example how neurons work. Each of them fulfills the function of receiving, accumulating and transmitting energy, and the more continuous the interaction between a certain group of them, the stronger their connections become. In the same way, each one of us integrates systems based on the continuous energetic interaction with other individuals and sustained by the balance of the exchange between reception and contribution of this same energy.

Thus, the structure that shapes these systems is nothing more than energy exchange, being the presence of balance in this exchange what gives the system functionality, stability and sustainability.

Now, you may be wondering, how do you exchange energy with one or more other individuals? And the answer is extremely simple: Coexisting with them. The simple fact that you exist is a manifestation of energy, your thoughts and your feelings are also manifestations of energy and the incidence that your existence has on reality is in itself an energetic exchange with the universe; but in the same way that occurs with neurons, the most significant energy exchange occurs between individuals whose interaction is more constant and, therefore, there are sentimental ties (regardless of what type of feeling it is). So it is essential that you are able to become aware of this energy exchange as something as real, tangible and demonstrable as the functioning of your own brain. By making it conscious, you automatically understand the systems you make up, which generally operate under a similar scheme: Before you were born you were already part of a system, literally speaking you were part of your mother, her body and her vital energy. At birth, the energetic bond with your mother is still the primary system of which you are a part.

Gradually, as your interaction with your siblings or the rest of your family increases, new connections are created that make up larger and more complex systems.

By the time you reach adulthood, you are part of a system/partner, system/family, system/work, system/friends, to put it very basic. The quantity and complexity of the systems obviously depends on each individual and how they have managed their life up to now, as well as the degree of balance and, therefore, the stability of these systems.

All this begins as we have said, with individual balance, which occurs with the synchrony between the unconscious and the ego, to align the purpose of your unconscious and the objectives of your ego for your life. In this way, by making conscious use of your instincts, you create genuine sentimental connections, which form stable systems. On the other hand, when there is an imbalance between both aspects of your consciousness, you have a tendency to be part of systems that are also in imbalance as a whole. And we are not talking about not having friends or that you get along badly with everyone, it is simply that, as we mentioned before, conflicts, problems or adverse situations are present as signs of this imbalance.

Thus, when there is no balance in you as an individual, there is also no balance with your systems (sentimental relationships), which translates into constant situations that you can identify as problematic or conflictive. Regardless of whether your ego says "it's not my fault", the conflicts are caused by the unconscious as a reflection of an imbalance created for the benefit of the ego, as a penalty that would make the latter "learn the lesson" of consciousness. zero and thus, correct the imbalance caused.

Fortunately, all you need is a little analysis of the conflicts present in your life, becoming aware that there is a logical reason why they are there, paying attention to those messages from the unconscious to trigger a cascade reaction that guides you from most natural way to return to balance. This being the starting point for larger beneficial reactions, because as we already mentioned, the vital energy spreads; and if yours is in balance, it will spread balance, thus making the systems you make up more functional. Exactly the same thing happening in reverse, if your vital energy, your consciousness, is out of balance, you will spread imbalance to the systems you make up.

The importance of being a functional and balanced individual building balanced and stable systems lies not only in the fact that the result of this is happiness as a state of life and not only as an ephemeral moment; Beyond this, the importance of this balance is that, when you act consciously within the parameters of your instincts, you free yourself from the "automatic pilot" of zero consciousness, and it is then, when in compliance with these instincts, that you acquire the true capacity of that your vital energy vibrates in a very different frequency, scarcely known; The frequency that directly affects the creation of reality: You are able to vibrate in the frequency of faith.

And it is that, despite the fact that anyone who professes a religion could claim to be a bearer of faith, this concept goes far beyond what is recognized by the various sets of beliefs.

The frequency in which faith vibrates is creative energy, those incidences in reality that are manifested in what you know as "miracles", events that go against all probability and despite this, they happen. And while manifesting this vibration of creative energy is a latent ability in every conscious individual, it is almost needless to comment on how sporadic miracles seem compared to the number of individuals that make up humanity.

This is a consequence of the same perfect logic of balance. If anyone could access faith as creative energy, the desires of the ego of every individual would be manifested, regardless of the consequences of these for other individuals or for the system/humanity itself. So, based on the same logic that prioritizes balance over any individual consciousness, the capacity for faith is only awakened by individuals in balance, in conscious use of their instincts and in order to manifest something, anything, as long as it does not put at risk the state of balance of the same individual, or of the system.

Having said that, it only remains to confirm the fact that you are perfectly capable of achieving anything you want, that you dream of, any desire. The formula is simple and all the elements to apply it are present in your life, you only need to carry out the necessary operations to obtain the expected result.
