Level 3 - Do you owe something?
First of all, it is necessary to clarify that finding ourselves "in debt" or out of balance with our purpose and the system to which we belong, is the result of the priority we give to our ego over our instincts. However, as we have already mentioned, none of the teachings imparted by the social system motivates us to take these instincts into account, quite the contrary.
This results in the vast majority of individuals successfully captured by the system tending to foster and accumulate an imbalance that has exponential consequences for clinging to the beliefs and needs of the ego; and in most cases they do not have the remotest idea of the reason for their "problems".
Despite this, it is not a complicated task to make a count to calculate the degree of imbalance present in your life, on the contrary, it is as simple as following the tracks of the presence of happiness.
a) When was the last time you were fully happy?
As we have already mentioned, the state of happiness is the reflection of an individual whose consciousness systems are in sync. Therefore, it is aware of its purpose and acts under existential principles, promoting balance in its interaction with other individuals and systems.
This is why it is extremely easy to carry out a self-inspection in search of the presence of an imbalance. It is in fact, as simple as feeling that state of happiness, or not. So the first question you should answer to yourself is Am I happy? To then ask you, am I really happy?
The reason for this, which at first might seem absurd to you, is because with the first question your ego will make an automatic count of what it considers to be the necessary requirements for happiness; the same requirements with which it has been conditioned through social capture. And most likely, your first intention is to answer “sometimes”. However, if you consider that you only “sometimes” feel happy, or that you “have had happy moments”, you understand the need to ask the second question: AM I really happy?
Understanding the difference between being and being often radically changes the way we understand happiness itself. So if you really ARE happy, you will recognize this as a permanent state of life and regardless of the circumstances. Not as a transitory state in time that normally depends on the presence of these circumstances or moments that reaffirm those requirements that the ego accumulates seeking to feel happy.
Fortunately, regardless of whether your answer is "I'm almost always happy, I just have a few problems" or "I can't be happy with so many problems," the good news is that the presence of those "problems" is precisely the clue that tells you In which aspects of yourself are you unbalanced? Obviously with the understanding that the greater the number or severity of problems, the greater the imbalance.
These problems are created by the unconscious or zero consciousness through decisions that your conscious ego is not aware of, so that, in the same conscious way, you go through circumstances that leave you with "lessons", learning or experiences that you always have. , they are always about understanding about your own instincts and about the universal principles from which these instincts are born. Since with this you will be aware of your purpose and if you decide to stick to it, uniting your ego and your unconscious in tune, the latter will have no reason to apply its emergency method in the face of imbalance. That is, you will be free from its neutralization, capture or penalty; with which you will automatically be able to create situations for your life that are consistent with that state of happiness, instead of your zero consciousness being forced to create adverse situations from which you "must" learn something. So it is extremely easy to make the decision to study on your own something that, otherwise, you will learn by unpleasant means.
Now, having said this, the importance of asking yourself a third question is logical: When was the last time you were fully happy?
This will begin to give you a basic idea of where an imbalance began to exist in your life, significant enough that you noticed a lack of happiness. And it should be clarified that perhaps many individuals agree on an answer that even takes them back to their childhood, which is due to very clear reasons:
As we have mentioned, in childhood the conscious instincts of every individual are very present in a natural way: They are curious, they adapt, they dream of recognition, they share, they forgive, they help and they do not conceive of the impossible, thanks to the fact that social capture barely it has begun and the "teachings" have not displaced or minimized these instincts. So while instincts still trump ego indoctrination, children are individuals who live in balance and thus fulfill their purpose. And, by the way, another aspect in the generality of children? They're happy!
However, as the ego continues its education, the zero-consciousness instincts are minimized, displaced or suppressed by some norm or belief imposed on the ego, which complies with the education of what is "socially acceptable" and feeds of that instinct so that the ego considers it true.
In this way, the more the social capture of the ego is reaffirmed, the greater the reluctance of the individual to act under his instinctive parameters, causing greater imbalance and causing adverse situations in which he will act again under the same parameters of the ego, rejecting their instincts more strongly, thus creating even more imbalance. This being a series of events that can be described not as a circle, but as a harmful spiral, since the imbalance of the individual grows exponentially with each new cycle, and with it the intensity of the problems, sorrows or suffering increases.
It is clear then that, the more "problems" you consider to have, the greater the state of imbalance that you present. However, this does not mean that you are a bad person, or that you have "done wrong" in terms of what the social system indicates, it does not even mean that you knew that you were causing an imbalance. This is what is considered normal by most, it is the result of the system displacing your instincts to insert its rules and requirements.
For this reason, it is presumable that a large majority of the individuals belonging to humanity present an imbalance in their lives, which must be eliminated to deactivate with this, the emergency protocol of the unconscious and allow the consciousness in balance to decide what it wants and what it wants. understand how to get it.
Once you have in mind when was the last time you felt fully happy, start from that point and think about the important occasions in which you could have taken an action or decision that went against your instincts and therefore against your purpose. , think about its consequences and how these, through a domino effect, are determining the circumstances in your life.
b) How, when, where did you break the rules?
It might seem difficult trying to remember when you broke the rules of the game if (let's be honest) no one ever explained those rules to you, or even told you they existed.
Fortunately, despite the fact that no one has ever brought you up to speed on these, a large part of the task of understanding where you have failed lies in your instincts; the other, in a series of simple logical reasonings that are exemplified around you in absolutely everything that exists.
The most important rule is also the simplest: Fulfill your purpose.
Be aware that you are an individual and that according to the principle of duality you are not a unit. You are the result of a conjunction of subsystems (as well as your body and your consciousness) and you belong to larger systems, even speaking at the level of the unit of the system/humanity.
From this perspective, that of a unit that is part of a whole, your purpose is revealed as the simplest: Achieve the optimal state of existence, contribute and receive the/the system while maintaining balance and contribute whatever is within your possibilities to maintain or improve the system to which you belong. That is the path along which your zero consciousness intends to guide you through its instincts.
However, as we have already mentioned, social capture manages to replace each of these instincts, explaining them as “qualities” or responding to them with methods to reinforce the capture.
Thus, the social system takes your survival instinct and exploits it through competition, conditioning you to take an individualistic attitude where the ego is reinforced every time you excel in some aspect.
The instinct to experiment or acquire knowledge is captured and minimized through teaching. Proof of this is observation: At an early age, most children have a natural "curiosity", they ask everything, they want to know everything, they want to experience everything. Later, at school age, they are subjected to a system that aims to give them information to memorize, which must define the parameters of what is both "correct" and "true" and whose consequence is that, by advancing a few grades within the school system , many of those who were children naturally thirsty for knowledge, find disgust in school disciplines, homework and everything that has to do with them. To counteract this, the ego receives the recognition that the school system grants to those individuals who best "learn" the information provided.
The instinct of adaptation is also corrupted and replaced with the search for "comfort" or "comfort", saying this in all possible expressions of what entails the "greatest result with the least effort", of course, always in search of the ego satisfaction by applying this false principle.
The instinct of belonging is kidnapped practically before the birth of each individual through religion, which is worth mentioning is another method that reinforces social capture and gets in the way of the personal search for the divinity of which we are a part, through the totalitarian teachings on which religions are built, while it is reinforced that doubting them represents a sin.
The instinct of transcendence finds its placebo directly in an aspect of the social system that is usually one of the most persecuted: fame and/or money. In this way, the ego feels satisfied with the social acceptance that they provide, confusing this with the grateful recognition with which our transcendence is manifested through our contribution to other individuals.
The balance instinct, the one that is responsible for you yourself being able to know which actions will bring well-being to your life and which ones will not, is captured by the system of laws and the norms of social behavior, who in general, with the role of "authority" determine what is "right" and what is "wrong."
We cannot omit the observation that all these aspects are imposed by the social system, directly rewarding and reinforcing the ego. This encourages the ego itself to "decide" to adopt attitudes, actions or practices that go against instincts, and that cause some imbalance in its purpose, seeking nothing more than the reward of the social system.
From this point of view, it is not strange that even without knowing it, you go through life with the understanding that you are doing things "right" (under the requirement of the social system), when in reality you are going against your instincts, your purpose and in occasions, breaking the balance in order to achieve those requirements.
Fortunately, regardless of the degree of imbalance present in your life, what you must do to correct it is extremely simple. As simple as adding weight to the pan of the scale which is needed for it to be balanced. That is, settle your accounts and put them to zero.
c) How can you settle your accounts?
As a starting point let's assume that there is an imbalance in most of us as humans. Derived, as we have already said, from the perpetual imposition of a “correct” lifestyle, which leads us to act (unknowingly) against our instincts, and as a consequence of this, the unconscious presents us with adverse situations through which let's learn a lesson about those instincts we're not listening to.
As you can see, it could be very tedious to try to remember every moment in which you possibly failed your purpose and instincts, which is why it is more practical to assume that this imbalance exists and find a way to become aware of the purpose that you have probably lost by seeking the reward. of the social system.
Based on this, the most important step of all is that you become aware of these instincts and why they are important. From there you will be able to identify how, with your decisions or actions, you have caused an imbalance in yourself and, consequently, in the systems to which you belong. And from then on, as a domino effect, you will be able to identify your current problems, as a consequence of this imbalance.
As you can imagine, just as the number of adverse situations in your life is equivalent to the level of imbalance present in your consciousness, likewise propitiating this balance consciously reduces the number of these adverse situations or "problems" accordingly. Said in this way, it might sound like a “magic formula” again, however, it is as mathematical as the operation of a balance.
Now, on how to settle your accounts, it is as simple as this example. Your unconscious stores absolutely all the experiences, moments, actions, reactions, thoughts and feelings throughout your life, which means that, although your ego probably does not "remember" how or when someone or something was affected by it. some action or decision of yours, the zero consciousness keeps a very precise count (yes, mathematical) of all this, and the only way to counteract this count is, precisely, to consciously place a counterweight on the other pan of the scale.
And if you are worried about not knowing what to do exactly, the common denominator is clear: Contribute from a conscious balance. It brings support, kindness, generosity, empathy, understanding, love, knowledge. Anyone is an example of the type of energy that transcends to benefit.
Contribute whenever possible to improve the condition of someone else. Contribute whenever you are in a position of advantage over another. How? In whatever way you can. Since finally in this way you fulfill your purpose as an individual: You live in balance, interacting with the rest of the individuals that make up different systems, contributing everything possible to make that system more stable, more balanced and therefore more functional.
So, contributing consciously to what you belong to is the most natural thing when your ego and your instincts have the same purpose. Which, by the way, also gives rise to an improvement in yourself in an infinity of aspects, gives way to the possibility of living in that state of happiness that your ideal version implies.
