The objective of this program is to return to the state of happiness, a state of existence that is born in every individual and that is diminished from an early age thanks to the social capture system, until reaching the point where it is "normal" to believe that happiness is only the privilege of a few.
Understanding how and why you are able to return to this state of full and stable happiness is very simple, since, in effect, happiness implies a formula, but not a magical one as is constantly being said. It is a mathematical formula that, applied to your life, results not only in happiness but also in the ability to make everything you want come true with your new happy life.
In order to differentiate what has been said from the promise of a new “magic formula”, it is necessary to give it the same treatment as mathematical formulas: You need to become aware of the elements that make it up; and for this, the starting point is your current situation. Why? Because your life, as it is at this moment, is the result of the interaction of these same elements, obeying rules as precise as mathematics, with the difference that you did not know that you were creating your reality, nor have these been explained to you. rules.
So, let's start from the point that you live at this precise moment. Do you feel like you just need a little more to be happy? Do you have many problems and feel that the world is against you? Is there something you've tried several times and still couldn't achieve? Whatever the current situation is, you have created it. Of course that does not mean that you have desired it or that you have created it consciously, but to understand that this is a fact is to understand how the formula of happiness exists.
By now, probably the first thing that is going around in your head is: Is this possible? Or how is it possible? And in order to respond to this, you must become aware of certain things that you know instinctively but that are not normally given much importance.
In order to understand this, the starting point is your actuality. The exact point where your life is now, based on what you believe, what you feel, the amount of your problems. For this, it is necessary that you know your ego type and your level of social capture (although this does not make any sense to you at the moment) through a simple questionnaire.
So while different kinds of individuals have different kinds of egos because of social capture, each of them, including you, lives in a present moment that they have created for themselves. For this reason, this suggested seven-step “recipe” works from understanding the current state of your life to being able to create the life you want.

Level 2. Know what you are capable of and why.

c) How can you settle your accounts?
Level 4. Finding your ideal version.

Level 5. Make your wishes: What do you want to add or take away from your life?
